Hello,
I am Seoeun Hong, a Performance Design major, at Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London. Through meeting with lectors and specialized professionals at school, I am learning a wide range of skills from collaboration and communication skills. In addition, I am learning how to develop building creative thinking direction and continuing to explore and study about the person I am.
I mainly get inspiration from my daily life, social trends, and historical events. My ultimate goal in everything I design is to create a space that allows for mutual communication between the space and the audience through my design. This will leave the potential for the audience to develop the value of space and further maximise the harmony of the elements that make up the space. All of my project start with "what", and then progress through to "how" and "why". As a designer, this is not just about pursuing visual beauty, but about coming up with creative ideas and designs that are the most appropriate for each project, and this is how I design.
In the future, I would love to work as a Production Designer, and I will grow into a progressive designer who is curious and fascinated about the world.
